Delivery

To ease the delivery process and avoid frauds, the following verifications are done by our distribution center prior to approval of your order:

• Shipment exclusively at the address corresponding to the client’s credit card, bank information or Paypal account;
• No delivery to a P.O. Box;
• No delivery outside Canada or the United States.

If the product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know of the availability of the product (date).

Please be advised delivery fees are non reimbursable except if we are responsible of an error in the shipment.

Exchanging and returning products purchased online

Your satisfaction is important to us. If the product fails to meet reasonable performance expectation, you can forward an exchange or return request. The following conditions apply:

• The request must be forwarded to our attention within 30 days following reception of the product.
• The product must be returned in the same condition as it has been shipped: in its undamaged original packing material, bearing no sign of usage, with all its accessories and documentation.
• You are responsible of the delivering fees for the return.

Repairs and defective products

If you receive a product damaged during transportation or if it becomes defective a few days after installation, you must submit immediately a request for exchange/return.

Please be advised the request must be submitted at the latest 30 days after reception of your order and the product must be returned within this time frame.

Limited 12 months Warranty

Metaltech-Omega Inc guarantees this product against any material defect. Please return this product, freight prepaid, to Metaltech-Omega Inc. At its discretion, Metaltech-Omega Inc will replace or repair this product and return it within a reasonable time. This warranty does not cover any damage(s) caused by any incorrect or inappropriate use, care or maintenance. Proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Protection of information

The security of your personal information is extremely important to Metaltech-Omega Inc. Our protective mechanisms and security standards protect personal information contained in paper format or electronically recorded (SSL protocol) against unauthorized access.

E-mail messages and confidential information included in transactions are encrypted. Your communications are protected against outside access as a result of our agreement with GeoTrust EV.

Accuracy of information

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Metaltech-Omega Inc reserves the right to cancel any order and to correct any errors, even after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

In case of order cancellation, we will reimburse the total amount by crediting your credit card.
